As every Memento watch is personalised and made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind after your order has been placed.

We want you to love your Memento watch. If your watch arrives damaged, faulty or is not as described, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at memento.watches.uk@gmail.com, including your order number and a video showing the issue.

We will assess the problem and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.

If we make an error when producing your watch, please contact us and we will put this right.
